South Landing
South Landing is one of 19 POA’s located in the gated community of Carolina Trace. We have 142 lots of which 79 are already occupied. The lakeside terrain is comprisd of rolling hills that are heavily wooded with loblolly pines, oaks, and maples.
South Landing offers a private swimming pool and a marina on tranquil and beautiful 315 acre Lake Trace for boating and fishing.
The South Landing Property Owners Association
The South Landing Property Owners Association represents the property owners of the community. It's purpose is to promote the development and preservation of a safe, pleasant environment for home ownership within the South Landing community. All owners of lots in South Landing are members of the Association.
The Association is administered by an non-compensated Board of Directors elected by the members. The Board determines policy and spends the Association’s fees to provide services to the community.
The Association's activities include:
- management of roadways, common grounds, and facilities which are property of the Association;
- providing architectural and other controls on structures and land use.
