The South Landing pool is also the venue for many social events.

Enjoy a warm afternoon by basking in the sun on a comfortable chaise lounge or relaxing under our shade canopy with a cooling breeze from the overhead fans. Go for a dip in our well maintained pool.
Access is easy via the underwater steps with hand railing. Swim a few laps for exercise or just unwind by floating the afternoon away.
By Evening
Join in the fun at our Trivia Parties or Name that Tune Parties. Bring your favorite snacks or Hors D’oeuvres to share among the group during intermissions. Bring the beverage of your choice to enjoy throughout the evening.
Every Sunday at 5:00 PM during the pool season neighbors gather informally to relax and chat while sharing light snacks.
Reservations
South Landing residents can reserve the pool for private events such as children's birthday parties
