June 12

Name That Tune Party Friday, June 12.

Mark Cronmiller is again hosting Name That Tune this summer. The first one is Friday, June 12th at 7:00 PM on the pool deck. Come and test your music memory with tunes from the '40s, '50s, '60s, '70s and 80's. Bring your own drinks and an appetizer or dessert to share. Remember, no glassware though.

The Pool Opening Party will be held on Sunday, May 17.

Watch for the flier in your mailbox to sign up and to tell us what delicious food you will bring.

April 20

The Spring branch pickup will be during the week of April 20.

Please pile your branches to be picked up by the side of the road. The pickup will be done at some time during the week depending on weather and other workloads.

Help maintain the appearance and fire safety of your community.

The Spring clean up day will be April 11 at 9:00 AM. Rain date is April 18.

Join your neighbors and help clean up the recreation area to keep our community beautiful.

February  5

The Annual Meeting and February POA dinner will be on Thursday, February 5.

This month's host is our Social Chaiperson, Donna Corbett. Be sure to respond to her by January 27 if you would like to join us.

At the annual meeting ballot results will be announced for three new members of the Board of Directors whose three year term are expiring, as well as new members of the Architecture Committee.

Changes to the Covenenats and Restrictions will also be presented and ballots will be distributed to vote on the modifications. To review the revised covenants click on the appropriate link below:
